Hi! My name is Adele and my passion is Yoga. I love sharing it with people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. I have been teaching Yoga for 12 years, through my teaching I aim to empower you to understand your own hidden potential. Yoga is the most efficient way to increase strength, flexibility and mobility in a low-impact yet challenging manner. My classes are planned and a personalised approach to a posture (Asana) practice is decided to suit the abilities of my class.
